I have pork loin boneless thick cut and I need to know how to cook them without them drying out?
I am using BBQ and Pineapple as the topper I have seen other posts and just don't know if frying them then putting them in the oven will work best for the marinade I am using?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance 
Ok You want to soak your meat in brown sugar, vinegar, and salt for about 2 to 3 hrs. (per-fer 24hrs). After season heavy and well. Pre-heat oven to 250f degrees., place wrapped up meat with herbs for tasting in foil. Bake for about 2 to 3 hours, braising with sauce every hour if able. After seeing and smelling good for the last hour then you add the sauce.
If you add the sauce to early you may start to burn the otter layer to fast. Lastly un cover for the last 15 mins and turn the temp up to 500 and base your Pineapple and BBQ sauce for color.
After you will have some falling apart meat and umm tasting good.
