Value of an Antique Bed?
I always called this a Murphy Bed, but have learned that a true murphy bed is built into the structure of a home. The plaque on this bed says:
Windsor Folding Bed Co.
Prop's Chicago
Date June 9, 1885
Beautiful,ornate, heavy piece of furniture.
Could someone direct me to a site to find it's approximate value?

Bed Ornate

Go to some sites on the net like ebay and 1stDibs and see if anyone has anything closely resembling your set. If not take pics and go to some local antiques dealers and ask.
Also go to some auction houses.
